Why train with us? - VBike’s Indoor Cycling Studio

What you’ll find at 23 Westhaven Drive

We are proud of our dedicated indoor cycle studio that can host 32 riders training simultaneously. We created a safe haven where people can get their workout done without the worry of traffic, weather conditions or other dangers on the road.

Who can ride at VBike?

The VBike Indoor Studio is a training area for all! You’ll find all levels of cyclists working out, from elite level racers to complete beginners, and a helping hand is always nearby to assist with reaching your fitness goals. We help you progress as you work towards your goals no matter what level you're at. Whether that be training for an event, losing weight or for everyday health, helping people achieve their fitness goals is the reason we do what we do. Having had both Jianni Koutsos (Director of VBike) and Dan Gardner (Bike Fitter) train and race professionally, this has given us a wealth of knowledge which we want to give back to you to help you achieve your goals.

Why train with us?

Jianni’s infectious laugh and passion for the sport resonates across the walls of 23 Westhaven drive. Anyone who has ridden in the studio will soon find themselves repeating  “the secret to life is body movement” and “keep your heart rate down”. But it’s the togetherness that has kept VBike rolling through recent tough times. Whether it's the Saturday movie ride, the Tuesday night run group or if you’re just dropping in for a yarn, you can expect good energy and a welcoming smile.

While the culture here is second to none, the other reason people train with us is the use of our data driven metrics. While riding in our indoor cycling studio we measure your cadence, watts, heart rate and more. The reason we use these metrics is to help track your progress and ensure you’re making the improvements necessary for you to achieve your goals. “You can’t change what you can’t measure”. For more info on our training philosophy check out this blog…

How do we train at VBike?

Over years of training professionally working alongside top athletes and coaches we have been given an insight into the safest and most effective ways to train. We believe in a more holistic approach to health and exercise: implementing low-heart rate training as a way to improve aerobic fitness without risk of overtraining or injury. This method is more sustainable and leaves you stronger and healthier in the long run. Indoor Cycling provides just this, as long as you’re training at your own pace.
